Our Philosophy

At Maple Dental Health, our commitment to Vaughan and the Maple community goes beyond the dental chair. We believe in supporting the same neighbourhoods and families we've cared for over the years, which is why we're proud to sponsor local youth sports right here in Kleinburg.

KNSC Lions 2015 Boys Gold

We're honoured to be a sponsor of the KNSC Lions 2015 Boys Gold, a youth soccer team with the Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club. Watching these young athletes grow their skills, teamwork, and confidence on the field reminds us why we love being part of this community. From cheering on the sidelines to outfitting the team with a little Maple Dental Health gear, we're grateful for the chance to support Kleinburg's next generation of athletes.

As proud sponsors of a competitive youth soccer team, we also offer custom sportsguards to help protect young athletes' smiles both on and off the field.

We're always excited to welcome young patients — from toddlers to teen athletes — into our family-friendly practice.

Our Team

Dr. Carly Gordon

Dr Carly Gordon received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. After completing her dental degree she went on to work as an associate dentist in a number of communities including Toronto, Aurora, North York, Brampton and Maple. Since she grew up in the Vaughan area, Dr Gordon decided to establish her career in Maple, Vaughan as the owner of Maple Dental Health.

Dr Gordon continues her dental education by attending and participating in numerous seminars covering a variety of subjects including but not limited to cosmetics, surgery, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Gordon is committed to delivering the highest quality dental care to her patients in a relaxed, comfortable environment. She emphasizes a patient-centred approach, focusing on compassion, clear communication, honesty, and listening to the goals of every patient. Her greatest reward is helping her patients achieve and maintain a healthy mouth, and even more so a smile they always dreamed of!

In her free time, Dr. Gordon loves the outdoors and enjoys activities like kayaking, hiking and bike riding. When at home, she loves relaxing with a good movie or TV series, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Lulu Shen

Warm, friendly and outgoing - Dr. Lulu Shen will make you smile. She has a strong passion for dentistry and takes pride in providing diverse, quality care for her patients. Dr. Lulu grew up as a child requiring many dental needs. She truly understands patients' dental anxiety and can relate to their experience. Gentle and patient, Dr. Lulu will create a relaxing and fun environment that caters to your personal needs.

Dr. Lulu received her D.D.S. degree from the University of Western Ontario. As an avid traveller, Dr. Lulu spent three months helping underprivileged children in rural Africa and attending to their dental needs. She also completed a Paediatric Emergency Program at the University of Western Ontario and worked with leading pediatric dentists in the country. In her free time, Dr. Lulu enjoys painting, yoga and boxing. She has a cute dog named "Dog" and a turtle named "Dragon".

Dr. Jane Wu

Dr. Jane Wu completed her DDS degree at the University of Toronto in 2016. She then went to complete a 1 year general practice residency (AEGD program) at the UCSF Pittsburg site in California and practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for a few years before moving back to practice in Canada. She has been a clinical restorative instructor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has a lot of experience seeing pediatric patients.

In her free time she loves to draw portraits, paint, travel and find new yummy restaurants to try.

Dr. Joseph Ramos

Dr. Joseph Ramos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University in London, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate studies at York University, earning a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biomedical Science.

Dr. Ramos takes a conservative, preventative approach to dentistry, with a focus on preserving natural teeth and supporting long-term oral health. He is passionate about patient education and takes the time to listen to each patient, explain treatment options, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident in their care.

He is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care and building lasting relationships with his patients.

Dr. Katrin Spassov

Dr. Katrin Spassov earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of Sofia in Bulgaria, graduating with Distinction. She went on to successfully complete the National Dental Examination Board of Canada (NDEB) licensing process and is licensed to practise dentistry in both Canada and the European Union.

With a strong commitment to patient-centred care, Dr. Spassov takes a personalized approach to dentistry, taking the time to educate her patients and focus on prevention, comfort, and long-term oral health. She believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel informed and confident about their dental care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Spassov enjoys spending time outdoors, playing a variety of sports, painting, and playing the piano.

Dr. Mirette Mounir

Dr. Mirette Mounir earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at McMaster University before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Western Ontario. She brings a thoughtful blend of artistry and precision to dentistry, with a focus on helping patients achieve and maintain lasting oral health.

Outside the office, Dr. Mounir is a film enthusiast who loves classic cinema. She also enjoys playing basketball and piano, swimming, and discovering new cuisines.

Breanne (Denturist)

Breanne is a licensed Denturist who graduated with honours from Georgian College, where she earned her Diploma in Denturism. During her studies, she was recognized with the Ben Sweet Memorial Award from the Denturist Association of Ontario.

In addition to her work at our office, Breanne is an instructor in the Georgian College Denturism Program. She is passionate about her profession and stays current with the latest technologies and techniques in denturism to provide patients with the best possible care.

Outside the office, Breanne enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, and baking. She is excited to bring new smiles to the Maple community.
